SHIPPING

 All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

During a 7Strands Sale or major restock i.e (black friday, etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. 7Strands do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

 

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. 

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to 7STRANDS you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Returns

We ofter refunds only no exchanges. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees.
Our return policy lasts 48hrs. Once you receive your order, you have 48hrs to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48hrs after receiving. We do not do refunds on mink hair due to them being pre orders. We also do refund clip ins or curly hair.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Curly hair cannot be picked through if you plan to return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
