Shipping policy

 All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Our Processing time is 1-5 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days to reach you. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

During a 7Strands Sale, processing time can be extended to 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

FREE SHIPPING-  Free shipping is shipped First Class. Takes 2-5 business days and your package is not insured. Insured packages are with Priority shipping or Express Only.

International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. 7Strands do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and file a claim or if you selected Route protection at checkout you can file a claim with them. All packages are insured by USPS and Route (if applicable).

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. 

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to 7STRANDS you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
